FIXED - Improved method of detecting Local Accounts to fix minor local account issues.

CHANGED - Checkbox for local account to run on any computer, this replaces the use of LOCALM domain achieve this feature.

If you already have Encrypted RunAs Installed you will need to uninstall it before installing this beta version.
CHANGED - Installation now uses MSI file, a Silent MSI (ERunAs.exe only) will be available.
CHANGED - The ERunAsSetup.msi and ERunAs.exe are now digitally signed.
FIXED - Fixed minor issue with some arguments (paths with spaces), quotes can now be added in arguments.
CHANGED - Drives mapped with SUBST are now remapped.
CHANGED - You can now right click a .eras file to edit/open with Encrypted RunAs (when installed with msi)
CHANGED - .eras file either right-clicked edit or opened within the GUI are now saved back to where they were opened from.
CHANGED - Open or edit .eras with a right click context menu.
